ADMINISTRATION, MAINTENANCE AND RENTAL PROPERTY
We offer for rent more than 30 houses and flats. Our houses are continually maintained and modernized,  and their condition meets the requirements of modern living. Property located in the village of Průhonice and in neighboring Prague 4 - Újezd u Průhonic. For those interested, we offer private relaxation area with sauna, gym and indoor  swiming pool  purposes only for the tenants of our properties.  Relaxation Center is located at the Květnové náměstí  in Průhonice.

COMPANY HISTORY
History Skořepa family company started in 1992. The founder of the company is JUDr. Ing. Jiří Skořepa and now works together with him the whole family. The first houses we built in the village of Pruhonice in year 1993. With its own efforts and partnership with  real estate agencies, Skořepa company continued to grow. He came gradually into awareness of important private and corporate customers around the world. Many of our clients found their home in our village for  many years.

PRŮHONICE
 Průhonice is situated on the southeast end of Prague, just 10 km from the center of Prague on highway D1 direction Brno, exit 6 -Průhonice. The village is dominated the castle with a lovely park, belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Services in the village and surrounding area:
+ For Kids is destined  fun park Giraffe and water park in Čestlice, in the village football ground, modern playground at school and tennis courts at Sokolovna. Free time can be used to visit castle park with a botanical garden,  dendrological garden or ride a bicycle on the new cycle paths with an asphalt surface.
+ Commercial zone Cestlice / Pruhonice - supermarkets: Albert, Bill, Lidl, Makro, Bauhaus, Kika, Hornbach, Intersport, Elektroworld and more.

+ Security village is provided the municipal police with the support of the camera system and the possibility of connecting individual houses  on the central security desk.

From Průhonic is excellent access to English schools - www.eisp.cz and www.pbsschool.cz, Czech-English school in Jesenice - www.sunnycanadian.cz and Czech-English kindergarten in Benice - www.kindergartenschool.cz. State school and kindergarten is directly in Pruhonice.
